Head of Application

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of web application solutions to lead our team of talented full-stack developers. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications and services, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implement and advocate for modern architectural methods and patterns, including Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving our development practices and toolsets.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role.
• 15+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 8+ years of experience in web development with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 8+ years of experience with Angular and Node.js.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of modern architectural methods and patterns, such as Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
