Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI). A proven problem-solver with a deep appreciation for high-quality design execution and experience working with cross-functional teams.

You're a creative thinker, driven by users and numbers, skilled in researching and analyzing users’ needs. Someone with passion and excellent communication skills.

You’ll join our product and design team based in Tel Aviv to help create meaningful experiences that affect people's most important moments in life.

What You'll Do

• Be a key member of the design team, participating in every phase of the process from strategy to research to design.
• Own the design process and be the driving force behind initiatives, for new and existing products.
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for both mobile and web.
• Turn business goals, data, research and real user needs into opportunities with beautiful, easy-to-use experiences. Define user flows, create rich prototypes and designs that are simple, intuitive, and scalable.
• Promote your ideas and decisions by presenting them cross-functionally, effectively articulating their rationale to gather stakeholders' buy-in.
  
  

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience designing and shipping products throughout the entire (UX and UI) product design cycle in a B2C company, with a strong focus on SaaS products.
• Proficient in visual design, covering typography, color, layout, and adeptly using design and prototyping tools to showcase smooth user flows, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong social skills, able to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, communicate well, and share ideas early in the process.
• Open minded, flexible and a constant learner. Wanting to receive and give meaningful feedback, to raise the quality bar for yourself and others.
• Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage your tasks in order to meet the company's goals.
