Insurance Broker, Account manager - FINEX

As an Account Manager in the field of special risks insurance you will be a key part of our Key Account Management team.

This is a leading learning, training and educational process in an international big broker which will enable you to be a specialist in a unique insurance sector that is very interesting, complex and part of risk management of leading companies.

As part of the job you will place special risks insurance policies on behalf of our clients and assist in Business Development processes.

You will also analyze our clients’ exposures in cooperation with other relevant specialists.

If you have previous experience in insurance sector as well as legal q economic background, this opportunity is even greater for you !

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing our clients’ exposure in cooperation with other relevant specialists
• Developing, negotiating, and placing insurance policies on behalf of our clients
• Understand the clients’ needs and business, objectives and risk management and look for solutions through the provision of ongoing service
• Accountability for client service and relationship development
• Maintaining and grow relationships with domestic and international insurance markets including with underwriters and/or brokers in the London insurance market
• Business development, sales and marketing skills
• Assisting our Key Account Managers in their deliveries to our clients, such as analysis, benchmarks etc.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

• You are a team player who can work independently and work with a variety of assignments.
• You take pride in delivering high quality solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree within law, business administration, audit, accounting or other.
• Previous knowledge of insurance and the insurance market.
• Fluent in Hebrew and High level in English.
• A focus on excellence and a track record of delivering high levels of client service.
• Ability to adapt personal style to work effectively with a wide range of clients, colleagues, and underwriters.
