A special opportunity at Roojoom for a business analyst, to work directly with a large Telecom provider in Paris (working from Israel) as a consultant of customer journey analysis, optimizations and improvements.

You'd be a good fit if you have...

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or business administration
• 2-4 years experience as a business analyst / campaign implementation / business or marketing operations
• Business analyst / business administration capabilities
• Experience in performing journey or process optimizations
• Experienced in working with digital systems, e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now etc.
• Experience in building and providing reports and business analytics
• Experience with UX/UI - advantage
• Analytical mind and ability to slice and dice the data to drive insights
• Autonomous with a high degree of initiative and proactivity
• Interpersonal & human relationship skills
• A native level of French and proficiency in English
• Technical orientation
