Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced CFO to oversee all financial activities and drive our financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in public and global companies, and a proven ability to manage financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Collaborate with departments on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proven record as a CFO.
• Proven experience in a public company.
• Proven experience working in a global company.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary company is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
