Recruiting Coordinator

Gong is growing fast, and we need more hands on deck to assist in scheduling candidates and supporting the hiring process. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is a fast learner and thrives in a high-energy environment. You will manage the scheduling and operations process for recruiting across Gong.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, You Will

• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews (including recruiter, hiring manager, and executive interviews).
• Act as a focal point for job postings on career websites, social platforms, and internal communications.
• Support recruiting operations, administration, and special projects, constantly seeking to improve processes.
  
  

You Should Apply If You Have

• Proven work or internship experience in recruiting, administration, scheduling, or operations.
• Bonus points for experience as a PA/Office Assistant.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail (even a bit obsessive is great!).
• A customer-service mentality.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to wear many hats.
