Account Manager (Demand)

We are looking for an Account Manager (Demand Team) with a passion for learning new things, growing along with the company, and establishing a career within a strong-based ad-tech company.

What you will do:

• Work closely with our advertisers (agencies and app developers)
• Make sure they are meeting the daily requirements and goals (such as volume, KPI, quality, and distribution)
• Negotiate terms and work to scale each partnership to the maximum
• Concule daily analysis on performance reports, and provide feedback to both the demand team and our partners
• Provide key insights on revenue growth and performance optimization
• Scale your portfolio and generate new growth opportunities

Key Skills Required:

• 1-3 years experience in a relevant position
• Fluent English (mostly written)
• Proficient in Excel
• Open-minded, fast learner, and a great team player 
• Highly organized, multi-tasker with excellent prioritization skills
• Amazing interpersonal skills, people’s-person, can-do approach
• Previous experience working in an AdTec company - ADVANTAGE
• Previous experience as Customer Succes - STRONG ADVANTAGE
