• Manage a team and foster an innovative technological culture.
• Work closely with project managers, QA managers, infrastructure managers, developers, and the executive staff.
• The role requires reliability, transparency in management, high personal responsibility, commitment to success, monitoring and review skills, and serving as a role model.
• Develop and lead web projects in the digital department.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in development
• 3 years of managerial/project leading experience
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking and high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in React with an understanding of advanced libraries such as TypeScript and Redux
• Proficiency in working on the server with advanced versions of C#, with an emphasis on .NET Core
• Understanding of code optimization and performance times
• Mandatory proficiency in Jira
• Ability and self-discipline to manage version upgrades
• Extensive knowledge of Git
• Relevant degree – Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management with a background in software
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, including the ability to estimate timeframes
• Ability to lead a team and motivate others
• Ability for self-learning and handling new technologies
• High interpersonal communication skills and the ability to handle pressure
