In line with our belief in simplicity and straightforwardness, we are seeking the right person to lead our pre/post-sale activities and oversee our Customer Success department.

We are looking for an experienced technical professional with a passion for sales and maximizing customer experience - "it's all about the value approach!"As the Technical Pre-Post Sale Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Possessing hands-on experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V/etc.) - Mandatory
• Good familiarity with Linux
• Familiarity with cloud technologies is also an advantage.
• Leading pre-sales activities such as technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs with the sales team.
• Managing the Customer Success department and serving as the main point of contact for our customers. This includes conducting quarterly sessions to improve and maintain our retention rate, facilitating up-sales and cross-sales, and providing support to the sales team.
• Passionate about customer-facing interactions (mostly remote sessions).

More about the position:

• High proficiency in English, both written and oral, is a MUST.
• Full-time position based in Ramat Gan (Bursa).
• Regular working hours with flexibility as needed.
• Excellent employment terms and stock option plan.
• The position is mainly in-office.
