As a Complaints Quality Engineer , you will be responsible for investigating product complaints and conducting trend analysis in accordance with relevant procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate product complaints using complaint files, experience, and product knowledge.
• Obtain additional information if complaint files are insufficient.
• Escalate complaints or incidents with safety concerns.
• Request, collect, and analyze complaint data for review meetings.
• Update complaint processes as needed due to regulatory changes or new product launches.
• Identify and communicate areas for improvement.
• Provide complaint data and analysis as needed.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to management.
• Follow company guidelines for environmental, health, and safety practices.
• Comply with company policies and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

• Academic Degree or Practical Engineer or experience (at least 2 years) in operating, repairing, or testing HTC-manufactured products.
• Experience working with defined procedures and work instructions.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external company departments
• Proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking, listening) – high level
• Self-motivated and project-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
