Job Description

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's sales strategy.
• Identify and engage with strategic accounts, nurturing relationships from prospecting to deal closure.
• Continuously optimize the sales process, taking an active role in its development.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance our product and service offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
• Drive excellence by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.

About You

• You are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in SaaS B2B sales within a start-up environment.
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• You're not just a salesperson; you're a strategic thinker who can contribute to our overall sales & growth strategy.
• You're passionate about innovation and motivated by the opportunity to shape a company's trajectory and the demand planning industry.
