Vice President Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Lead global talent acquisition, developing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, focusing on building a high-performing and diverse team.
• Collaborate with local Recruitment Coordinators and upper management to handle all people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee welfare.
• Support workforce planning, evaluation processes, manager training programs, and HR policies.
• Plan and supervise company activities both in Tel Aviv and globally.
• Work closely with executive management and employees on all people-related matters.
• Help teams develop employee growth plans and provide professional guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• ⁠At least 8 years experience in global recruitment and employee relations in the hi-tech industry
• ⁠Previous experience in a managerial role
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• ⁠Experience in building organizational culture and managing people operations
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
