Microsoft 365 System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 System Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and securing our Microsoft 365 environment.

Position Overview: The Microsoft 365 System Administrator will handle the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, security protocols, and Azure Administration.

The ideal candidate will excel in security, compliance, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment and Management: Oversee device deployment via Microsoft Autopilot and Intune and manage MDM and MAM policies.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, and manage conditional access policies, and SAML-based SSO integrations.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 compliance tools like DLP and eDiscovery.
• Access Management: Administer RBAC and privileged identity management, regularly updating access policies.
• Migration and Integration: Lead migration projects to/from Microsoft 365, manage DNS configurations and integrate with other systems.
• System Optimization & Support: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Provide advanced user support and training.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Microsoft 365 features and best practices, proposing system enhancements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Autopilot, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with DNS management and hybrid environments preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
