Head of Strategy and Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Head of Strategy and Product Marketing Manager to join our executive team. This role involves leading the company's strategic marketing initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, and overseeing the strategy and marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a central role in building the organization's strategic and marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for the company's products and services.
• Manage and mentor the strategy and marketing team, including recruitment and team structuring.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify market trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive business strategies and goals.
• Craft clear and effective marketing messages and develop supporting materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and key clients.
• Monitor and analyze product and campaign performance, providing detailed analytical reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and marketing, preferably within a technology company.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team, including recruitment and team structuring.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Hebrew is a significant advantage.
