An international fintech company is looking for an Applicative Oracle DBA

As the Oracle Database Administrator, you will work as part of a development team to perform the database tasks related to application enhancements, creating new tables and/or columns, writing and tuning PL/SQL and SQL scripts and stored procedures, and debugging production database issues. You will also build and unit-test database scripts, working with the configuration management to ensure that the builds are successfully and accurately promoted to the quality assurance (QA) environment for testing, and then to the production environment.

You will design and build Oracle databases that comply with existing database standards and established design patterns. You also will troubleshoot Oracle database issues and optimization issues using automatic workload repository (AWR) reports and explain plans

Requirements:

- Design and development Oracle PL/SQL scripts and stored procedures.

- Strong knowledge and experience of Oracle 11g, 12c DBMS and related products.

- Demonstrated experience in performance tuning of SQL queries .

- Skills in SQLs tuning, indexes, partitions, hints, parameters, bulk collects.

- Experience using DB development tools – SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, Toad for Oracle.

- Experience developing scripts in a Linux/UNIX operating environment.

- Experience working on DWH, ETLs, QlikView – advantage.

- Self-motivated, can effectively work on their tasks from start to finish, adapts to changing business needs, and learns new skills quickly.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent English.
