Desired Skills & Experience:

The Controller position requires a highly-driven, self-motivated individual adept in working in a high energy and changing environment. The controller will be responsible for:

• Financial reporting and general accounting oversight responsibilities. Ensuring the financial records accurately reflect transactions entered into the ERP system.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting from the bookkeeping team.
• Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual report.
• Collaborate with other finance functions to support insightful analysis of operating results. Includes financial planning and analysis, internal audit and tax compliance functions.

Work with Operations to monitor inventory controls.

Participate in physical inventory verifications.

Record journal entries when needed.

Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts to supporting detail.

Assist with preparation of annual budget and periodic financial projections.

Perform other accounting and finance related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree in Accounting and CPA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, formulas etc.)
• Knowledge with ERP systems
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally (Hebrew and English)
• Team focused approach to multicultural work environment
• Ability to act and operate independently
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
