Senior DFT Application Engineer - EDA

As our new European Tessent Application Engineer, you will support the Siemens EDA Design for Test (DFT) products which will involve establishing relationships with our customers and helping them adopt and deploy the Tessent product lines.

In this role, you will work closely with account managers to help drive the sales of all products. The job involves presenting, explaining, and discussing deep technical aspects of our products with senior technical managers and engineers in our customer base.

The key technical activities will be product presentations, supporting customer evaluations, assisting with the adoption of products' advanced features and design methodology support.

You will lead pre-sales and growth campaigns and activities for Tessent Silicon Lifecycle Solutions at Siemens' strategic and potential customers. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the business growth by assisting in the sales and deployment of Siemens EDA Test products as well as by increasing customer satisfaction and productivity both on-site and remotely.

Your defining qualities

• Wide technical experience with large IC digital designs
• Good track record of working with leading IC customers
• Experience in Design for Test (DFT)
• Sound knowledge of the semiconductor industry
• Ability to take ownership and solve customer issues
• Comfortable with getting hands-on with hardware platforms
• Very good communication, people and presentation skills
• Familiar with time management
• University degree at a minimum B.Sc. level or equivalent experience
