Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete payroll process for over 200 employees in multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll in coordination with outsourcing vendors (PEOs\EORs).
• Manage and process payroll for all employees in Israel.
• Verify and review payroll data to ensure accuracy and develop processes for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll records and reconciliations, including analytical reports.
• Handle the accounts payable (AP) and monthly reporting to the authorities for the Israeli site.
  
  

• Certified Payroll Accountant – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in global payroll and payroll processing in Israel.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll tax, social insurance, and compliance in various countries.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong skills in Excel and analytical thinking.
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
