As the Oracle Fusion ERP Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of ERP professionals to implement and support Oracle Fusion ERP within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass team leadership, project management, collaboration with business stakeholders, and task management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Oracle Fusion ERP experts.
• Oversee the implementation and upkeep of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
• Manage and delegate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to comprehensively understand their needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Guarantee adherence to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Troubleshoot any issues, escalate risks, and drive prompt resolutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Continuously optimize ERP processes and systems to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and support.
• Proven track record in team leadership, project management, and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge in ERP systems including hands-on knowledge, preferably in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• In-depth expertise in ERP financial proccess and modules, preferably in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, ability to get things done and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English: writing and speaking.
