Real Estate Tax Consultant/Lawyer

Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world is looking for a Real Estate Tax Consultant/Lawyer to join out Tax Department.

Join our team as a Real Estate Tax Consultant/Lawyer, where you will manage and advise on the taxation of real estate transactions for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the taxation of real estate transactions for individuals, private entities, and medium to large companies.
• Specialize in real estate taxation, urban renewal, and combination transactions.
• Provide ongoing tax support and consultation.
• Prepare and manage special tax permits.
• Address and resolve various tax issues.
• Support clients in obtaining advance permits from tax authorities.

Your skills and experience:

• Knowledge of taxation in accordance with real estate taxation law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the taxation of real estate transactions (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, including high-level writing and ongoing handling of tax issues with tax authorities.
• Knowledge of corporate taxation.
• High-level English reading and writing skills.
• Experience working in the Big 4 or law firms specializing in real estate taxation (an advantage).
