Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Department to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads and drive outbound sales efforts to promote Bezikaron's services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and stay updated with industry developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in Hebrew and Russian is required.
- Experience in the funeral services industry is a plus but not mandatory.
