Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to join our fabulous recruitment team. In this role, you will source and attract top talents to @abra- a dynamic company that provides cutting-edge technological solutions for major industry players.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates that meet business needs, by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, etc., and by targeted networking through alumni groups, meet-ups, and conferences.
• Help to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and the hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to determine fit for the position.
• Develop and execute innovative & comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets.
• Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.

Requirements

• Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills, embrace using data and metrics.
• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer, with an in-house experience - an advantage
• Proven experience in identifying top candidates for various roles - an advantage
• High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
• A positive “can-do” approach, resilience, with strong organization skills- IS A MUST ✌️
