Chief Operating Officer

We are Logtopus, a developer of next generation of robotic automation solution for cubic storage and transportation for logistics centers . We are raising funds while preparing the setup up of Logtopus beta system in our first customer site. We are looking for a co-founder to join us and take on the leadership role of Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

Manage the planning, setup and handover of Logtopus system in logistics centers in Israel and abroad.

Manage day-to-day operations and oversee the successful delivery to the clients.

Work closely with decision makers in logistic centers, logistic consulting and planning firms, and 3rd party automation solution manufacturers.

Take a key role in developing the product and the company as a founding member.

Produce operations and budgeting reports.

Qualifications

4+ years' of experience planning / establishing / operating logistics centers - Must

Experience in implementing automation systems in logistics centers – advantage

Relevant engineering education – advantage

Relevant managerial experience – advantage

Relevant customer - facing experience – advantage

Proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew and English

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
