So, what’s the role all about?

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst student, you will be part of the R&D Business Operations team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing the group’s data, change requests, and various cross-unit projects and initiatives. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a range of reports using Power BI. These reports are essential for the ongoing monitoring of our daily operations and are used by multiple users within and outside the R&D group.

How will you make an impact?

• Support business operations projects and new initiatives.
• Create new Power BI reports and enhance existing ones.
• Analyze data using various tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
• Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and revise reporting requirements in response to business needs.
• Troubleshoot the reporting environment and reports to ensure optimal performance.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards to facilitate understanding and usage.
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• Currently enrolled as a second or third year student in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of BI Tools, specifically Power BI, is an advantage.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with others.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Quick learner, able to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
