Product Manager

A cybersecurity startup that has developed deep learning-based technology tailored to the cybersecurity field. The company's technology prevents cyber-attacks, rather than just detecting them after they breach the organization.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (walking distance from a train station) and operates on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week. It has 250 employees globally, with 110 based in Israel, including R&D, product, and senior management, while sales and marketing are handled abroad.

The company is preparing for an IPO and has recently completed a Series D funding round, with a total of $250M raised to date.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, objectives and use cases the create the best market fit
• Clearly define the detailed themes, epics and product stories
• Provide business justification for product features and develop use cases to convey the why and how of new product capabilities
• Track the product usage and business performance to drive product decisions
• Partner with R&D teams while driving for results in cross-group / team projects
• Gather customer feedback for product use cases and new capabilities
• Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success, support and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enablement data to accelerate business growth
• Contribute to the product market positioning and messaging through joint work with product marketing.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in an Enterprise Software company, B2B SaaS
• Proven experience in leading cybersecurity products
• Proven experience in delivering new products and/or new significant product capabilities to the market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Customer obsessed, experienced with interacting with customer representatives as well as security practitioners
• Proven ability to work in a fast pace, high load business environment
• Development background and/or strong technical background
• Experience in working with global field teams
• Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, team player, analytical, data driven, and results driven
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience is a must
