What You'll Do:

• Assist the IT Manager in daily operations and project work.
• Provide technical support to employees & franchisees, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install software and troubleshoot basic hardware problems.
• Support cloud environment setup and maintenance.
• Ensure efficient and effective helpdesk operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance IT services and solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent support.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with servers and Operating Systems.
• Ability to install software and fix simple hardware issues.
• Good Hebrew & English - both written and spoken.
• Experience in support operations is a plus.
• Be highly available for urgent issues, incidents, or other critical tasks, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
