Legal Counsel

Rhenium Group, a leading company in the medical & scientific equipment industry, is seeking a skilled legal counsel to join us.

As our in-house counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance. If you're passionate about the pharma and medical device industries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: 

Provide legal support to the various internal departments, including sales, operations, HR, marketing & finance

Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements

Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts

Drafting agreements and commercial documents in Both Hebrew & English

Working with external lawyers in Israel

Job requirements:

5+ years of legal experience as an in-house legal counsel in a Pharma or Medical devices company

Bachelor of Laws degree and a certified lawyer in Israel.

Solid experience in reviewing, commenting, and providing advice on commercial agreements with customers and vendors (NDAs, service and supply agreements, T&Cs, etc)

Fluent in English and Hebrew
