A deep tech startup that has developed a camera-based autonomy system for drones, featuring navigation and orientation technologies for aircraft, UAVs, and autonomous drones. This system enables operation even in environments with significant interference and obstructions, thanks to machine vision capabilities.

The system allows aircraft to orient, navigate, land, and perform complex tasks with high precision, even under communication constraints such as GPS blockages. The company is profitable and stable, not reliant on investor funds.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near a train line, has 12 employees, and operates in a hybrid model with three days of remote work per week.

Responsibilities-

• Leading operations and managing development.
• Recruiting employees and transitioning from working with contractors to in-housework, including recruiting team leaders with plans to double the development team within the next year.
• Working in environments with C/C++, RT/Python/EM, AI products, and computer vision (the CTO will manage algorithms and the VP will manage development, with a division of responsibilities).
• Implementing methodological work processes in development, managing programmers, QA, Ops, flight controllers, hardware-software integration, and simulators.
• Addressing the company's growth challenges, with familiarity in the fields of robotics, drones, multidisciplinary environments, and AI.

Requirements-

• Managing teams of 10 or more people.
• Managing group leaders.
• Development experience in C/C++.
• Multidisciplinary background in hardware, robotics, drones, AI, and related environments.
• Experience growing R&D in a small company.
