Security Architect

A global company in the automotive industry has established a site in Israel focused on vehicle security and innovation technologies, developing technology to prevent cybersecurity breaches in vehicle systems.

The Israeli branch operates like a startup with small teams, dynamic work, and cutting-edge technologies, yet remains part of a financially stable global corporation.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near a train line and allows two days of remote work per week.

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the CTO, joining a team of architects based at the site.
• Extensive global collaboration with architects in Germany, India, and the USA, working in joint teams to analyze systems, write threat analyses, and support implementation.
• Involves high-level architecture in security contexts, integrating embedded systems, software, and cloud technologies.
• Looking for individuals capable of taking embedded systems through a threat analysis process, defining security solutions, and leading security architecture for new vehicle platforms.
• The role does not involve coding; the emphasis is on design and architecture.

Requirements-

• B.Sc in Computer Sciences / Information Technology / Electrical Engineering
• 5+ Years Security engineering and solutions experience, in at least three of the following:
• Security architecture, network security, OS hardening, application security, cloud security, virtualization security.
• Experience in working across large, international organization with diverse teams from different domains.
• Experience in integrating security controls in complex systems.
• Personal Leadership & Exceptional teamwork capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of current and emerging security technologies
• Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, C/C++)
