Computer Vision Engineer

A profitable startup in the cyber field that has developed a system enabling developers to easily integrate advanced biometric authentication techniques, such as fingerprint, selfie, voice recognition, or text message, into applications.

The company has a B2B on-premises user identification platform that performs user data authentication, interfacing with banks and insurance companies for fingerprint, facial recognition, and more. This system is sold to the most well-known and largest banks and insurance companies worldwide.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line and operates a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office and flexible arrangements. They have raised nearly $500M with a valuation of $2.2B, employing 200 people globally, with 100 in Israel.

Responsibilities

• Joining a team responsible for researching and developing computer vision algorithms for various problems, including facial recognition from scratch, Deep Fake work, and GenAI.
• Engaging in technological research up to production, including Data Science tasks such as Machine Learning, Data mining, data collection, research, defining data pipelines, evaluating best practices, metrics evaluation, and working with state-of-the-art methods.
• Coding in Python, working in a GCP environment, utilizing Vector DB and NoSQL, and using Deep Learning libraries such as NumPy, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

Requirements-

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a data-scientist/algorithms-developer/software-engineer position/CV-engineer.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of data science toolkits such as NumPy, Scikit-learn and OpenCV/PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure.
