Job Title: Product Manager (Tourism Department)

Location: Tel-Aviv, Israel ( Only for Israeli Citizens)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic tourism department. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing tourism products and experiences that drive visitor engagement and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to create compelling travel packages and ensure exceptional visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies to enhance tourism offerings and meet visitor demands.
• Identify market trends and conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the tourism industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tourism products effectively.
• Manage the lifecycle of tourism products from concept development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Work closely with local businesses, attractions, and accommodations to create integrated travel packages.
• Conduct market research and gather visitor feedback to improve existing products and develop new ones.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all tourism products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10 years) as a Product Manager in the tourism industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of tourism trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and product management software/tools./ Amadeus, ALP, Hotel Booking systems.
• Languages: Fluency in both written and verba
• l English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hebrew is also required.
