Middle Office Specialist

We are looking for securities control / Middle office specialist with a deep understanding of TASE and its rules and regulations. Who also familiar with all aspects of trades in the Israeli market and all relevant prosses within the market such as: corporate actions/ payments/ settlement ect.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor daily activities in the market to identify potential fraudulent or unusual trading activities and escalate accordingly.

· Performing ongoing controls: transactions, commissions, rates, and legal restrictions.

· Run daily risk checks and accordingly investigate/generate risk reports.

· Escalate all issues in a timely manner and oversee client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements.

· Ensure team procedures and audit requirements are updated, completed, and maintained across processes

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

· 3+years of experience in the Israeli Capital Markets from an investment bank, retail bank or other financial services institution.

· Familiarity with the following asset classes: ETFs, equities, options, or bonds, both on Israeli and foreign capital markets.

· Must be organized and have strong attention to detail. High level of efficiency and ability to multi-task under pressure.

· Excellent computer skills with MS, trading systems and Bloomberg.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

· Must be discreet, trustworthy, and mature.

· Fluency in English required.
