Business Operations Analyst

We assist our customers in migrating to the cloud, managing to-scale data canter infrastructure, building software creation platforms, properly protecting customers’ valuable data, and securing large-scale operations.

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business by analyzing work processes and business needs with a variety of tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Hubspot.

Ensure the efficiency of the delivery operations and contribute to the overall success of the team. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating processes, and providing exceptional analysis and insights to the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and streamline manual processes, with a variety of tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Hubspot
• On-going system support of CRM (Salesforce), building reports and dashboards in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Design features and build solutions on the BI tool (Tableau) for internal stakeholders
• Training for users on new processes, new features, and onboarding of new employees on the systems
• Be the data & analytics lead in various projects and work closely with different teams across the company: Delivery, Project Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing
• Analyze work processes and business needs
• Owning cross-functional projects and processes, delivering them with exceptional excellence
• Project management & getting things done attitude. Managing projects, leading them to completion, and following up to ensure success
• Flexibility: you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment that will require you to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly and often, and communicate on progress to your team members. You’re excited to take on big ambiguous problems that haven’t been tackled before

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems engineering / industrial engineering and management with Information Systems as major subject
• Fully comfortable with interacting and learning new systems, and tools, and with a passion for information systems in general is a MUST
• Passion for data with attention to the smallest details
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into organized, clear, and concise business requirements as well as detailed design documents
• Excellent creative skills and ability to find solutions to complex business challenges.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to interact with resources from technical and non-technical teams
• Fast learner
• Good English verbal and written
• Experience with Excel/Tableau/Salesforce/Business operations/analytics roles – An Advantage
