Purchasing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Manager at Mano Maritime located in Haifa.

As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

You will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize procurement processes and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement management in the food and beverage sectors.
• Experience in managing employees and leading teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal relations.
• Proficiency in computer applications and procurement software.
• Knowledge and experience in working with local and international suppliers.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hebrew

- יכולת מו"מ ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.

- שליטה ביישומי מחשב ותוכנות רכש.

- ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם ספקים מקומיים ובינלאומיים.

- הבנה עמוקה של הדינמיקות השוק ודרישות הרגולציה בתעשיית המזון והמשקאות.

- יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ועמידה ביעדים.
