FP&A Manager

As a manager, you will lead projects and train to be a strategic finance expert. You'll dive deep into client businesses, understand their goals, and become a trusted partner in achieving them. This position is responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and support to our clients. The FP&A Manager will lead project streams as a main point of contact with clients, work closely with other members of the team, and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of projects with clients and managing the relationships.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Conduct complex financial analysis and provide insights on business performance.
• Develop advanced financial models and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for clients.
• Analyze and report on variances to budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Lead ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
• Maintain financial databases and lead the preparation of presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong desire to learn and grow as a finance and strategy professional.
• Fluent English is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance, strategy, or accounting role.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative problem solver and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial systems, such as an ERP or Fintech tools, is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial modeling tools, such as Causal, is a plus.
