Assistant Controller - Temporery

Nano Dimension (Nasdaq: NNDM) is a provider of intelligent machines for the fabrication of Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME). High-fidelity active electronic and electromechanical subassemblies are integral enablers of autonomous intelligent drones, cars, satellites, smartphones, and in vivo medical devices.

We are looking for a highly-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Subsidiaries Assistant Controller to join our amazing finance team.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Nano subsidiaries – monitor day-to-day activities and prepare and reviewing reporting packages
• Preparation of the statutory financial statements and tax return.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Work closely with subsidiaries in the group, provide support and guidelines
• Assist with accounting team projects and process improvements.
• Working closely with the company’s auditor
  
  

• CPA with Big 4 experience – a must
• Experience with SEC reporting
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks independently.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work directly with other functions in the organization (globally).
• Devoted and highly committed.
• Willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Fluent English
• High Excel and other Office skills.
