FP&A Analyst

At Raftel Strategy, you will partner with clients, understand their business from the inside and help build models and processes that scale their finance teams and businesses. 

This position is responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and support to our clients.  The FP&A analyst will work closely with other members of the team and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on business performance.
• Develop financial models and forecasts.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Analyze and report on variances to budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
• Maintain financial databases and assist in the preparation of presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong desire to learn and grow as a finance professional.
• Fluent English is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial systems, such as an ERP or Fintech tools, is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial modeling tools, such as Causal, is a plus.
