Freelance Technical Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technology and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. In this position, you will act as an integrated part of our product team, collaborating with engineers, marketing, support, and other stakeholders to gather information and produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our users.

What will you do:

• Plan, write, and maintain content for our Help Center, Product wording, and Internal tech knowledge base.
• You will have end-to-end responsibility for writing clear documentation for a wide range of new complex features.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Analyze content performance, impact on user satisfaction, and additional data.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
• Maintain and update documentation repositories.
• Close knowledge gaps based on internal requests and BI.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a technical writer or in a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.
• Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
