Job description and responsibilites:

Being a partner in developing and implementing a vision for digital learning on the internet.

Identifying and implementing environments and tools for innovative and interesting learning.

Managing the Internet Technologies team (7 team members), setting goals and monitoring performance.

Developing and maintaining the organization's systems, ensuring their security and quality.

Managing technological projects, planning their resources and timelines.

Working with other teams in the organization

Managing relationships with external partners and vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience and deep understanding of internet technologies in education - Moodle, WordPress, Cloud environments with a focus on Microsoft Azure, implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration with various educational systems.

Proficient in implementing cutting-edge technologies like Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a proven track record of developing sophisticated applications.

Proficient in multiple programming languages and development environments, with expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.

Demonstrated expertise in project management, specifically in the realm of educational technology initiatives.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Established track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing professional teams

Full-time position, from the organization's offices in Tel Aviv (no hybrid option).
