As Head of Content, you will be responsible for building a Content department that creates clear, engaging, and informative copy/content that captures our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a winning content strategy.
• Build and manage a strong content team to execute the content portfolio.
• Craft quick and clever copy and develop storytelling to support OnceHub’s brand narrative.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and Head of SEO to deliver multiple articles daily.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of journalism experience in writing copy under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A tertiary qualification in Communication, Copywriting, Advertising, or Marketing.
• Strong foundational understanding of content writing.
• Be the subject matter expert on all Content topics.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Responsibility for all company content to ensure it retains the highest standard.
• Contribute to proactive and innovative thinking.
• Deep understanding of trends and content that engage our audience.
• Ability to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience and sets our users up for success.
• Superior English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
• Develop and maintain collateral for our global new and existing customers, including playbooks, whitepapers, onboarding materials, business review elements, and templates.
• Demonstrated stability in previous roles, staying with companies for longer than 2-3 years.
