• Measuring, analyzing, reporting key performance measurements and formulating insights after each move
• Serving as a linking factor who manages challenges and professional concerns in the field

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in project management in a digital agency or marketing firm – a must
• Excellent human relations and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivate other employees
• Attention to detail, while also being able to see the big picture
