Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee all quality assurance activities and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, aligned with established quality policies and customer expectations.
• Represent the management team in quality-related matters.
• Adapt the quality system to accommodate changes in the dynamic environment, including evolving customer requirements, regulations, and market demands.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures, adhering to ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and ensure effective integration of new procedures across the organization.
• Achieve quality objectives and targets by developing and executing comprehensive quality plans.
• Ensure product conformity with international standards and quality specifications.
• Provide training and certification to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge through coaching and mentoring.
• Manage the supply chain by defining quality requirements for suppliers and subcontractors, and fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
• Manage quality costs, including prevention, failure, and appraisal costs.
• Conduct management reviews and follow up on decisions to advance organizational goals.
• Handle non-conformances and customer complaints by implementing corrective and preventive actions within a learning organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Quality assurance certification or a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Strong understanding of organizational processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Priority.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated systems thinking and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
