We import packing machines mostly to the food industry. We also give technical support for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated bookkeeper and payroll manager to join us.In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, as well as daily accounting operations and closing procedures. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is also able to work as a soloist.

As a Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager, you will:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and managing month-end and mid-month payments processes.
• Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank account
• Preparation payroll and related reports, including governmental & regulatory filings
• Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authorities.
• Report to additional institutions such as social security, the ITAS, etc.
• Collect payments due from clients if not paid on time.

What We Need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Certified bookkeeper (Level 3)
• Certified payroll accountant
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience with “Michpal” -an advantage
• Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Ability to work as an only Bookkeeper of the company.
