Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electronic Engineer, Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM will be responsible for providing and coordinating technical support and application support to our customers, in the area of navigation systems as well as test and simulations. The role involves collaborating with teams in the USA and the UK through the life-cycle of projects and beyond, to ensure the successful implementation of our systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Engineering and Testing
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in electronic systems
• Programing and communication networks
• Experience with navigation systems
• Technical documentation skills
• Excellent communication in Hebrew and English and teamwork abilities
• Security clearance
