Software Team Leader

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader to join our team.

What is the job:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.
• Collaborating with the product team, UX designers, and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries.
• Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including quality of code, time estimations, deployment to production, and monitoring.
• Take an active part in the team’s efforts to deliver the best solutions to our services.
• Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in managing full-stack teams
• Extensive experience in the design and development of web applications
• At least 3 years of experience in client-side development, preferably with React
• At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with node.js
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is preferred)
• Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker)
• Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management
  
  

• Experience with Java Spring boot
• Experience with Micro frontends architecture
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
