Overview:

As the Head of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day of our product management teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Products, you will ensure the seamless execution of product strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a group of product managers, providing guidance and support in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team leads, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company objectives.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a product management leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product teams and delivering products to market.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
