Investors coordinator and backoffice

Main Responsibilities

• Ongoing administrative and professional communication with various investors – family offices, institutional and private investors
• Working closely with investors, understand their needs, answer questions and give required service on administrative and at some extent on professional level
• Working closely with third parties – administrator, banks, finance functions and more.
• Managing the fundraising process on operational level:
• Onboarding new investors
• Documentation processing
• Working with CRM system:
• Manage investors’ data
• Data entry responsibility
• Developing new reports per needs
• Working closely with Family Offices on distribution contracts, fees and quarterly payments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or in process)
• Understanding capital markets, investments – advantage

Skills

• High interpersonal ability, service-orientation, helpfulness
• Good expression in oral and written Hebrew. Reading and writing in English and readiness to learn more.
• Excellent attention to details and strict order of documents, emails, contacts and more
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressured environment to meet deadlines and project timelines
• Computer skills/office software and access to learning additional software
• Advantage - work and familiarity with SalesForce
• Advantage - basic understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and accounting
