Procurement and Supply Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Procurement and Supply Coordinator to join our team at our thermal systems manufacturing plant in Haifa.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and release parts from Israeli customs, including returned and purchased items.
• Manage logistics coordination with shipping companies.
• Handle engineering procurement of items from suppliers both locally and internationally.
• Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify suppliers according to engineering department requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory compliance and conduct parts inspection.
• Work closely with suppliers, employees, and managers.
• Manage regulatory issues with authorities, including the Ministry of Economy and customs clearance.
• Oversee the return process of parts from abroad.

Requirements:

• Conversational proficiency in Hebrew .
• Conversational proficiency in Russian.
• Technical English proficiency (reading and writing).
• Experience working with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with customs and regulatory authorities.
• Experience in engineering procurement and logistics.
