Product Manager - SaaS FinINT Product

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

As a Product Manager at KOIOS Tech AI, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our FinINT products. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and working closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both inbound and outbound product management, with a demonstrable track record of working closely with Sales, R&D teams, and UI designers.
• Expertise in Social Media and Web Intelligence will be critical in driving our initiatives and ensuring that our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns directly with the company's goals and the emerging trends among retail investors.
• Engage in hands-on market research and competitive analysis to directly inform strategic decisions and pinpoint opportunities for new features and products.
• Collect and personally analyze customer feedback to directly influence product development and enhancements roadmap.
• Partner closely with R&D teams to actively define and refine product requirements, prioritize deliverables, and ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Represent the product in external engagements, as pre-sale support, and present its value and benefits directly to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with UI designers to ensure the product interface is not only intuitive and user-friendly but also perfectly aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain control over key performance metrics, analyzing them regularly to measure product success and identify actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management; inbound and outbound experience required.
• Proven experience working with social media and web intelligence.
• Excellent collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams, such as R&D and UI design.
• Ability to make informed business decisions based on data and statistics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
