Responsibilities:

• HW designs, schematic and board layout.
• Bring up and debugging of new designed HW.
• Design of experiments, performing experiments, analyzing data.
• Experience with standard test instruments, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.
• Perform safety and EMC tests and other regulation validations.
• Root-cause failure analysis in production and field, recommend corrective actions and verify them.
• Support production issues.
• Write technical reports, presentations and testing documentations.
• Work closely with QA, V&V and production.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. MSc or PhD – an advantage.
• At least 6 years’ experience in the design of complex analog and digital systems.
• Hands-on person that can solder, cut & try then repeat, and make it works.
• Out of the BOX thinking.
• Ability to manage technical projects from initiation phase all the way to the filed, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter, autodidact, able to work autonomously with can-do and positive attitude.
• Ability to see the bigger picture when dealing with complex and detailed problems.
• Self-motivated, curiosity, perseverance, diligence.
• Team Player.
